ARIFOODS (ARI S.A.) is one of the fastest growing food processing industries in Greece and is located in Lakkoma of Chalkidiki. It produces a wide range of antipasti while exporting almost all its production. In 2017, ARIFOODS decided to expand the existing plant in order to increase the production capacity and to meet the ever-increasing demand of its products from abroad.

The team of engineers and consultants of Mavvidis + Partners was from the begining and during all the phases of the technical project on the side of ARIFOODS, working on the development and the designing, and supporting the realization of the new production unit, forming the base for the success of the project.

The project consists of three (3) main buildings (building of receiving raw material, screeening and first processing / building for maturation of olives / building for industrial processing and packaging), with a surface that exceeds 10.000 sqm. A wasterwater treatment plant with a capacity of about 4.000 cbm, as well as a series of smaller auxiliary buildings and special constructions are added to them. The project began in early February 2017, and was completed in the summer of 2018.
